We stand behind everything we sell. If your order isn't right, we'll make it right. No stress, no forms, no hidden rules.




30 Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.

That's more than double the UK statutory 14 day cooling off period. Your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.




How Refunds Work


Our policy depends on the value of your order.

Orders under $30

Keep the product. Full refund.

You don't need to ship anything back. We'll refund your card and you can keep the item or gift it to a friend. Returning a low value item from the UK costs more than the product itself, so we don't ask you to.

Orders over $30

Full refund. Return only if we ask.

In most cases you'll get a full refund with nothing to send back. For higher value items we may ask you to return it first. We'll email simple instructions if we do.

Return shipping costs:

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong one, we cover return shipping.
  • If you're returning because you changed your mind or simply don't love it, you cover return postage. We recommend a tracked service since we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.




How to Start a Refund

Send one email to support@tripstash.store with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A quick note on what went wrong (or a photo if it arrived damaged)

We reply within 24 hours, usually faster. You'll get a confirmation and any next step.




Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or faulty, email us straight away with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice. We cover everything. You pay nothing extra.




What's Covered

  • Leaks, defects, or faults
  • Damaged in transit
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Order never arrived
  • You simply don't love it
  • Changed your mind within 30 days

What's Not Covered

  • Refund requests after 30 days from delivery
  • Intentional damage or heavy misuse
  • Repeat refund claims on the same account




When You'll Get Your Money

Once approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours. Funds land back on your original payment method in 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.




Your UK Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases. Our 30 day guarantee gives you more than double that window. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
